If you own a mosin nagant 91/30 you MUST get this mount, much better than the UTG one... the UTG one is to long and sticks out past the base rail on the rifle. this one is 75mm which comes close to 3 inches. in case you dont know the mosin 91/30 dovetail is 3 inches... so yea its a pretty much a spot on match. high quality parts and delivered in a quick orderly fashion!!! THANKS amazon!!! don't worry about the medium profile rise it has clearance for you scope unless you have some huge belled ends on your scope. has a vertical set screw for extra grip... "I don't plan on taking it off ever, so i put high strength thread-locker on every single screw on the mount and torqued it down until the screw wouldn't twist clockwise anymore"!!!
